10x man ! and may i ask is there sse 4 version of GSDX cos i read somewhere that there actually is

sse 4 is a fake.

There IS SSE4 version of GSDX, but to be able to compile it, u have to mess around with its code a little, 'cause it's bugged right now. When there will be a stable version of it on SVN I'll add it right away. BTW w/o 45nm C2D or C2Q u won't be able to use it anyway.

i thought sse4 was ssse3?

There r four versions of GSDX right now (8 if u count debug ones:P): NO-SSE one (bugged - doesn't work on non-sse cpus like athlon xp - lol), SSE2, SSSE3 (Pentium E, C2D, C2Q and higher; Intel only) and SSE4 (currently bugged version, requires 45nm C2D/C2Q or sucky AMD phenom to use).

no biggie , i own C2D E8400@4.00 GhZ , so thats the reason why i wanted to try out the SSE 4 version of GSDX and 10x again for the good explanation of it's current status

753 is out, but is bugged. Can't compile any version of it.
