there are entries for shortcuts but no names only blank pink shortcut icon

hi i used this menu file and everytime i switch on the phone i get a warning that menu is corruped or something and it may not work,, although it works fine after it, also my shortcut have everything gone and only a shortcut arrow against them. i have to revert back to other menu, have u found this, i am using k800i R1jE001 cid 51.
