Air Excellence Inc started in February 1992. In 1992, there was a great need for a reliable and affordable residential HVAC contractor in the upper Ohio Valley. Craig McCasland, the first manager, has worked in the commercial construction industry for many years. He felt that the opportunity to serve the residential market was worth exploring and wanted to see how far the company could go.
