The Portion Controller Abdominal belt was developed by Dr. David Asley, M.D. and since developing the product, Dr. Asley has provided the Portion Controller to over 8,000 patients from his New York clinics. Today the clinics are run by his daughters, Samira Diniz and Arianna Asley.
