Charleston Oral and Facial Surgery opened the first office in 2005, and since then our surgeons and staff have been committed to providing the highest possible patient care available. In 2010 and 2012, the practice expanded to include two new offices to better serve the Charleston area. In 2018, its fourth location opened in Bluffton, expanding COAFS’ care across the Lowcountry. A fifth location also opened in Mt. Pleasant in 2018, making quality care more convenient for patients in the Charleston area.
