Mr. Rocco T Seiler has scoured his way to the higher ranks in Educational Administration. He was a District Technology Coordinator. In 2008, he received a professional Principal certificate from Wilkes University. The accreditation gave him the legal go-ahead to practice the art of educational leadership and contribute to the educational development among Pennsylvania schools.
