DJ Xplosion also known as Darryl Donovan was born in Amsterdam. In his younger years he loved listening to music and at the age of 14 he decided to do something with this. He started off as a light technician and by doing this he came close to various DJ’s who practiced their craft. He liked the fact that they were able to let people enjoy with their music, so he decided to purchase cd’s and DJ gear to make this switch. From that point onward he became a DJ by the name of DJ Xplosion. Xplosion stands for his explosiveness. His aim is to give the crowd an unforgettable experience where ever he plays. And with his uplifting tracks it’s impossible to stand still. Besides the fact that he makes the crowd crazy with his way of playing, he also has various music styles. He plays R&B, House, Hiphop, Dancehall, Reageton, Bubbling and of course Afro Beats. In short, DJ Xplosion has everything that the Urban and Afro mainstream wants to hear.
