درباره گروه آوازی دامور گروه آوازی دامور در زمستان 1389 توسط فراز خسروی دانش و با همفکری عطا حکاک در تهران تأسیس شد. "دامـور" واژه ای پارسی و به معنای آواز نرم و لطیف می باشد که مرتبط با نوع فعالیت گروه انتخاب شده است. قطعات گروه منتخبی از موسیقی سازی و آوازی است که در شاخه های کلاسیک ، جَز ، محلی و پاپ اجرا می شوند. این قطعات که در گستره های مختلف صدایی بصورت پولی فونی (چند صدایی) برای خوانندگان تنظیم شده ، همراه با افکت های صوتی و تقلید سازهای مختلف مانند درامز،گیتارباس،ترومپت،نی،دودوک و... بدون همراهی ساز (Acapella) می باشد . با این نوع تنظیم مخاطب می تواند موسیقی سازی را توسط حنجره اعضای این گروه بشنود. این گروه درطول مدت فعالیت خود توانسته در اولین سال شرکت در بیست و هفتمین جشنواره بین المللی موسیقی فجر مقام سوم را کسب نماید. همچنین گروه آوازی دامور کنسرت های متعددی را در سال های 90 ، 91 ، 92 و 93 بصورت مستقل داشته و با خواننده های مطرح ایران نیز همکاری نموده است. از دیگر فعالیت های گروه دامور میتوان به اجراهای متعدد در شبکه های جهانی صدا و سیما و همچنین ساخت و اجرای موسیقی تیتراژ ، موسیقی انیمیشن شیپرز و تیزرهای برنامه های مختلف صدا و سیما اشاره نمود. موزیکالیته ، کیفیت مطلوب اجرایی ، ارتباط با مخاطب و جذب آن و همچنین بازنگری قطعات ماندگار تاریخ موسیقی ایران و جهان با رویکردی نوین مهترین اهداف گروه آوازی دامور را تشکیل می دهند. گروه آوازی دامور امیدوار است بتواند با ایجاد بستری نوین ، نقطه عطفی در عرصه موسیقی آوازی ایران بوجود آورد. Damour vocal band is an acapella band that was established in the winter of 2011, by Faraz Khosravi Danesh and Ata Hakkak’s consultation. “Damour” is a Persian word which means a soft and tender voice, chosen in relation of the band’s function. The band’s repertoire is a selection of both instrumental and vocal music, from classical, pop, and folkloric genre. These pieces are arranged for four to six polyphoniclines, which are performed in a way that the audience would hear the sound of different musical instruments such as: Drams, Bass Guitar, Trumpet, Nay, Duduk and etc. With this kind of arrangement, Damour is able to perform instrumental music only with the human’s voice. Damour’s first public performance won the third place at the twenty seventh international Fadjr festival. They also have held up a lot of concerts from the year 2012-2015, and performed in solidary concerts with the well known singers of Iran. Some of Damour’s other activities are: live performances at IRIB’s (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting) international programs , composing and performing different teasers and closing credits of IRIB’s TV programs . Quality of live performances, Musicality, Gaining audience’s attraction and connecting with them andrearranging the great pieces of Iranian music history with a new approach are the main goals of Damour Vocal Band. We hope to create a new platform in the field of Iranian vocal music which can someday lead the young musicians to continue what Damour has started.
