After being initiated into Shivyog and following it from over a year, I believe that everyone can change their life for good and be a healthy, happy and successful person. We no longer have to be helpless and wait for things to happen. We must get over complaining and rather create the destiny we want.  /p p All files are mostly discourses by our beloved Avdhoot Baba Shivanandji, who has taken up the task of bringing out a positive change in the present day world which is sadly dominated by chaos, stress and negativity. It is a daunting task so let us contribute to it by initiating the change at an individual level as well. Let us all get together and add to the purity and positivity in the world by increasing our consciousness levels. /p p We are not born to suffer; instead we are born to experience the best of this world- be it on health, relationships or professional front. The basis of Shiv Yog sadhna is the knowledge and awareness that we all are souls born to experience human life and not the other way round. We need to regain the deep wisdom of our soul which we have lost in the cycle of innumerable births and deaths. We are the children of one supreme being and our basic nature is peace, stability and 'Anand' or 'Bliss'. /p p Please take these files as a conditioning for yourself.
