I hold a M.A. in psychology from Regis University and have certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy,and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. You may use these recordings for your own websites and blogs if you do not alter the recordings, do not sell them or alter them for resale, package them for resale, or add them to video footage for resale, do not file false copyright infringement claims against me with my web hosts, post a statement that hypnotic recordings must never be used by people with a seizure disorder, people under the age of 18, or while driving or performing any activity that requires the listener's complete concentration, and give me proper credit while allowing your listeners the means to contact me should they feel the need to discuss hypnotic phenomena.  This is a very rare occurance.  I must insist on getting credit for the recordings as to safeguard any user who posts from potential legal action. Edit: Due to numerous harassing bogus DMCA claims by DTecNet and LeakID, I no longer post free recordings online.  However, I will put up one final post which will be a letter to send to your Congressperson/Senator to ask that they revise the DMCA so that hosts can collect a fee for takedowns and we can sue for real damages.  Email me if you want a copy and need the address of your legislator.
