Shankar Vijay is the co-owner of iLEAP Club. He is originally from Jaffna Town, Shri Lanka and has made his career as a soft skills trainer for kids in Toronto, Ontario for the past 14 years. Shankar had identified and predicted the rise of soft skills in the age of technology and thought to bridge the gap for children by offering a comprehensive soft skills program for kids hence the iLEAP Club was founded.
