We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our team at our Henley Beach office. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal and administrative aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. Managing property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, and transfers. Conducting property title searches, reviewing contracts, and preparing legal documentation. Liaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the conveyancing process. Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters, including contracts, legal requirements, and potential risks. Collaborating with internal teams, such as lawyers, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conducting due diligence and verifying the accuracy of property information and documentation. Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
