Dealing with Dreame�s customer service has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. My vacuum failed twice, and after months of repairs, I returned it for a refund. They kept my money and product instead. Every reply from their advanced team contradicted the last. If you�re thinking about buying from Dreame, don�t. It�s not worth the trouble.
